Deepen cooperation for the preparation and training of specialists in the field of research and development of new technologies, participation in professional and international business associations and clusters, initiating and supporting the establishment of professional innovation centers and consortia for cooperation of members from industry and universities to support research, transfer of new technologies in individual regions, support for the development of sophisticated production through international cooperation.
